- Registrations open: 6:15am (AM start)/ 11:45am (PM start)
- Player briefings: 7:05am (AM start)/ 12:05pm (PM start)
- Shotgun start: 7:30am and 12:30pm
- All entrants must be financial members of the NSW Veteran Golfers Association, with Golflink numbers and current handicaps.

- NTP’s for all par 3’s
- Lunch provided, alternate drop. 11:15am (for the PM starters) and 12:15pm (for AM starters)
- Carts to be booked directly with the Murwillumbah Pro shop on 6672 4200
