2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

AND ELECTION OF OFFICE-BEARERS

 

Monday 23 March 2026

 

The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at the conclusion of the day's competition (at approximately 2.30 pm)

 

Members attending the meeting will be entitled to a drink voucher

 

Nomination forms for all Committee positions can be obtained from the club office or from the Secretary. All completed nomination forms must be returned to the Secretary or left at the office.

 

NO LATER THAN MONDAY 23 FEBRUARY 2026.

 

The names of those nominated will be placed on the Notice Board after the closing date.

Vice-President

Captain

Vice-Captain

Secretary

Treasurer

WOG Co-ordinator

Webmaster

 

SPECIAL BUSINESS:

 

If any member wishes to have any further Special Business transacted at the meeting, then notice in writing of this must be given to the Secretary no later than 23 February 2025.
